She loves teaching people how to communicate with and learn the “language of equine”, which helps the people to gain a new understanding of themselves. With the ability to teach multiple learning styles, she is able to bring the complex down to simple steps. As a professional horsewoman, Janice has been helping people on their horsemanship journey for close to twenty years.

I was born in the south-east corner of Colorado and raised on a farm and ranch operation. My wife is a Colorado native as well. She was raised in the Pueblo area.

I have been married to my wife Kathleen since 1994. She has been teaching for 30 years and is currently a 3rd grade teacher in the Delta elementary system. We have two children. Clay, who graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2019. Our daughter, Samantha, has graduated from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, TX with her bacholars and masters degrees. I have 25 plus years in the construction industry as well as 10 years in the automotive service industry.

We have been in the Montrose area for 25 years. I have been with Colorado Farm Bureau since 2018.
